The correct initial design of a virtualisation project is the key to its success. This starts with a viability report followed by a Capacity Plan which analyses your current physical systems for usage, performance, storage, power consumption and management requirements. From this information you will receive a detailed proposal for your virtualised solution.
Our skilled engineering team will install and set up the new virtual environments, transfer your physical machines to the new virtual machines and manage the process to operational hand-over. We also offer IT staff training so that system management and support can be kept in-house if required.
Vdotcom fully support the virtualised system infrastructure including full hardware maintenance, regular health checks and meetings to discuss any changes as the system develops. Support is offered up to 365 days, 24 hours with a 4 hour response where required.
Where backup systems or disaster recovery solutions have been implemented, these will be tested a minimum of twice a year.
